Just a quick note.

We're finally all moved in to the new apartment! Thankfully. Now I just have to finish unpacking- which takes a really long time when you're 34 weeks pregnant. 

My father-in-law was convinced that there was orange mold spots on the ceiling in the nursery and therefore it had to be painted. Even after telling him it was plastic glow-in-the-dark stars the previous tenants had up there which could be easily pulled off, he still insisted that it. must. be. painted. So I figured, what the hell, why not. I'm no fool, I'm not turning down a free ceiling paint job. So he did that Sunday. 

Now if only he'd get equally insistent on painting the walls. The walls must be painted in the next week or so. I don't know how much longer my nerves can go with the nursery not being put together and if not completed, then at least close to it. I mean, again, I'm 34 weeks pregnant. Noelle could arrive at any time. We need to get this done. My nerves insist it must get done. 

My baby shower is quickly approaching. It's on October 13th and it's a Halloween theme. I can't participate in most of my usual Halloween activities, but I CAN still enjoy my shower. Which I'm super stoked about and will be sure to share with you all. It's sure to be glorious. I know for sure my head piece is glorious. You'll see soon enough. 

The best part of the shower will be the lack of lame games typical of baby showers. I've made it known that I'm not the typical mother, the shower is not a typical shower, therefore I do not want to deal with melted chocolate in diapers and whatnot. That's super gross too.
